Doll that simulates vocabulary

I did my project with Amália Pontes at Cultura Inglesa, an English course. Amália try to do playful activities with her students. Your classes become more fun and the kids learn easily. They learn how to pronounce words through music. They learn new words and how to spell it through games. They visualize what they learn through draws and images.

From the set of words that compose the universe vocabular of Amália I recognize as objectives for the project:

"Thank you for copying the vocabulary".Copying the vocabulary means reinforce the learning and understand better.

On the basis of the experiments used for the teacher I identified your intention to turn visible the activities in class proposed.

The final object was a doll made of textile with removable members. That could be used for games or vocabulary studies as body parts, colors, clothes, adjectives, and all that your imagination can think. The doll can be a girl, a boy or a monster. I had to be really patient and humble to do this project. I learned to hear what I don´t want to.

I had to redo the doll three times. It was hard, but the result gratifies. I learned that we should always think before we actually do something. We should always do our best, and for that we have to be organize and patient. We need time and intention to make it happen.
