We worked in the Nova Geração Fights center with the Jiu-Jitsu teacher Alexandre, in the center occurs many different martial arts classes, like Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thay and others.

Starting with a group of words, that compose Alexandre Pimentel's "vocabulary universe", we recognized the objective of our project as: "An adrenalin shower pleases the athlete".

Alexandre already worked in some activities which may be related to the phrase, such tell his pupils to run and sing in high voice, make some jumps and other activities that stimulate the adrenalin.

Basing in the experiments did and organized by the intercessor, we recognized his intention to stimulate the strengthening of the fighter's "grab" on the adversary.

Then was made an artifact to exercise the grab of the fighters, starting with the act of roll a rope (of 5,91 feet), in a PVC axis, pulling a bag (of 3,09 pounds of weight) filled with sand.

The product is being used by fight students during the stretching, strengthening their arms and their "grabs".

To Eduardo make the project was a chance to work as a team, understanding each others difficulties.

To Natália make the project was a chance to be communicative and yet be confident.
