            I developed this project in the lesson of Yoga of the Velox academy in Lagoa with the Prof. Ana Letícia. Its lessons always start and finish with meditation. Its pupils make diverse exercises of yoga and breath. Ana is patient with its pupils and she teaches everything to them with much calm. In the positions where the pupils are upside-down, each pupil receives aid special from the teacher, to conclude the exercise successfully.

From the set of words that composes the vocabulary universe of Ana Letícia we recognize as subject for the project:

“open the eyes and it makes a day of light”

            In the meditation you must be with the mind free of thoughts, then to help the pupils, Ana always said that, when you were being started to think about anything, he was to exactly imagine and to concentrate in a well strong light as of the Sun in our front and to repeat some times for itself: Ohm Shanti , that it means: I am light, light I am . 

            Yogues are illuminated people and its images can remember them way for the lightning.

            We construct six medium cushions, stuffed with Acrylon with yellow pillowcase, to facilitate the maintenance, in each one of them I drawn by hand the images of yogues Paramahansa Yogananda, Baghavan Krishna, Babaji, Sri Yukteswar, Jesus and Lahiri Mahasaya.

            During the experimentation, its pupils had used of diverse forms, as much to protect the knees during some exercises, as much to support the back or the head.

            This experience was very important I to see that to develop a project, although to be laborious it is not a mountain out of a molehill. It was important also, to show that I can and I obtain to make a same work without the pair.

            I thank Ana Letícia for her interesting in the project, generating in me motivation and a push to continue the project and to please her the possible maximum.
