The project was carried through in M.S. Jackson de Figueiredo, located in Largo da Barra, with the teacher of the second grade of primary school, Sandra Maria Cruz Seroes. The substances had been folloied lessons of all, as mathematical, Portuguese, writing and arts. From the set of words that composes the vocabular universe of Sandra, we recognize as objective for the project: "A portion of young people". We can observe the presence of this phrase in the spirit of Sandra´s lessons, mainly to develop the production of text with the pupils. Based in the experimentation of the first ideas, it was definite as concept for the objective of the project, that the use of graphical stimulatons would sharpen the creativity and the imagination of the children. On the basis of the experiments carried through and organized by Sandra, we identify her intention of, use images to free the creativity of the students. Thus we arrive at our final project, which was a set of 10 images of personages of Monteiro Lobato, which each one of them extended 3 times and treated in the Photoshop software, and in the last one magnifying became almost abstract. The 40 images had been printed in opaline paper 180 g/mm3, plasticized with without brightness vitral adhesive, and the finishing was made with black card paper. Sandra uses the images to help the children in the literal development, to free the creativity of them and to stimulate the reading. Make this project served us to acquire experience with the use of new materials and to lose the shyness. In it helped us to learn that everything has its time, and that we have to make everything, step by step, to get a good result.
