Our project develops in a class
of the Núcleo de Artes do do Leblon given by Professor Flávio Mota. The lesson
that happens on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:50 to 10:10 aims to practice
for beginners students of theater.
The teacher organizes the class into three
stages: heating, interpretation of scenes and a conversation. In heating, it
explores the development of which may experience in previous classes, as the
needs of students. At the time of interpretation it leaves the students create
the scenes in groups. At the end of the lesson is a conversation, a self
evaluation of students and about the intention and execution of exercises
performed by them. From the observation of activities and the "game of
words," we recognize as the objective of our Project the phrase:
"It is fundamental to the artist to improvise." An example of
improvisation exercises are in the scenes created during the class.
Following this concept the first experiments were
created, those who had higher acceptance were those who worked with abstract
forms, which stimulate the creativity of the student using the possibilities
of change from the fit of different tissues. Then set that our Party Adopted would
be panels, because of the malleability of the material and variety of fabrics
with different textures, trim, colors and prints. We create pieces that
encourage creativity and spontaneity of the students, making use of our
product a moment of improvisation, until we get the final product were used
to structure different materials such as wire and acetate, and for plug the
pieces. buttons and other tissues.
The final product is cut into tissue simple
geometric shapes in sizes of at least 1m with a greater variety of textures,
colors and trim. We created slits to pass through the other fabrics, as a
form of aggregation, and to pass
through body parts. We also decided to use rings, which lashed the tissues,
serving as connectors. To build the pieces, we created two different types of
channels through which pass the structured, flexible and colorful plastic tubes.
He spread the tissues by the stage and let the kids
each create their costumes. And then all students interpreted, dressed, the
piece they were rehearsing.
With this experience, we gained more skill and
knowledge of manual abilities and materials. We have worked closely with the
planning through the diary; we had to keep updated throughout the semester.
We learned the importance of positive involvement with this project, with the
partner and the people around that helped it to happen. We have exercised
patience, persistence and the ability to listen to the other to understand
the needs of the project.
Thanks to Flavio for being
humorous, and always have open space during their lessons for us and other
experiments and interferences. Always willing to help and keeping great
expectations about what we would take to him, believing that we would create
a project to help in practices that complement their work with clear love.
Giovanna: I thank Marina for its
positivity that made me believe more in our work and for his peace that

Marina: Thank you Giovanna for
your presence, creativity, and monitoring of our project, so always friendly
