The Basic Project – Planning, was held in the Municipal School Sergio Vieira de Mello, in Leblon. The duo had Catherine Caracas as partner of the Project, she is physical education teacher for students from first to fourth grades. We follow four classes conducted by the intercessor, then we had to write down the vocabulary universe of teacher activity. The children were divided into teams and exercised the balance, strength and concentration. The partnership encouraged the children to perform the way they saw fit, in order to realize the correct way to perform the activity. From the set of words that make up the vocabulary universe of Catherine, we recognize as the theme for the project: "The challenge is to work the body and intelligence that builds the individual." After choosing the sentence, the pair began to build several lures to be experienced which working the body and intelligence. Soon after analyzing the preferences of Catherine along with our teachers, it was decided that the project would involve a work with the body balance and the playful. Thus, the final product were developed monsters that defy intelligence and balance. It consists of a structure adjustable in height which resembles a rack of clothes, with square faces of monsters that hang on it. The product has tongue and tail covered with carpet squares, circles and lined wooden stakes. The structures are adjustable PVC pipe and fabric monsters. Catherine uses the product in a totally free, but always working the body and mind. She says skip or pass beneath the monster means to overcome the obstacles of everyday life, and this is the basis for the formation of any individual.
Conclusion of (Felipe):
This experience helped me to learn to practice more my gratitude for the people. Often not we
reward the gestures of affection that a person does to us. The act frees you to thank many feelings,
perhaps momentary, but improve other living with her.
I thank Catherine for bringing values, that we had forgotten, back. She showed us throughout the
project to the actual construction of the individual is not physical, but mental. What would any
human being without the use of imaginção, the use of the mind, the fantasy? I learned about it, we
should wake up and work the mind of a child, this often sleepy, so she begins to actual construction
of the individual.
I would like to thank Gabriel for showing me that you should not stand still waiting for someone or
something to come to us. We should we go to our goals. I learned not to give up easily, and always
try to give our best.
Conclusion of (Gabriel):
That experience has served me well for my psychological maturity, and
in knowledge, because with all the gratitudes that I made throughout the project, my perception has
become much wider than it really is to learn.
I thank the wonderful person who is Catherine, being a teacher very loving and caring, but tough
when necessary. With it I was able to recall many moments of my childhood, and especially to learn
that the construction of the human being comes from within, the more emotional and sensitive side
of each. How would one goal in life is not dreaming?
Therefore, I realized that without the development of the imagination, anyone can not grow.
I also thank Felipe, who has been working hard with me this long. From him I learned to listen more to others, and know that I'm not always entirely accurate. Thus, I matured and could not stop listening to what people have to say.
Catherine Avaliation:
I think that your project has stimulated a lot the kids, from the
construction of small experiments to the final product. With all of the tests, you have captured
the emotional side, the side of the imaginary and infant children, and especially mine. The Mask
Soldier (experiment) influenced me a lot, because when I had to put it on my face I could free my
younger side. You yourself have asked me why I do not give lecture theater if I'm so expressive.
In conclusion, you showed the essence of Catherine, and that's why I try to take my students to
the very imaginary, because the real is very bad, and so they can build themselves. My priority
is that they are experiencing pleasurable moments in my class, and the monster created by you is
wonderful to develop this, because before he was known as being bad, but it became a challenge,
these monsters, the challenges are in our lives every day, so when we jumped and surpassed them,
we are aware that we will overcome the obstacles. It was wonderful working with you every step of
the project.
