Summary:
The experience of having attended this period at DSG1002 class was very enriching. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and knowledge with teachers Ana Branco and Vicente Barros. In addition with Luciana and Vanusa, among others, who contributed to the making of all steps. I learned that all the steps are important, from the most simple to more complex. I felt challenged at various times during the course, but surprised with myself being able to perform all tasks. The final prototype is the sum of each experiment experienced during this period. It is noteworthy that I think it's important that the project must be done in pairs, as it brings us the opportunity to share opinions, ideas and knowledge with another person also in training. I'm glad to have shared this work with Felipe, who have often given me laughter and constructive talks, not only for work but for life. I'll miss the Tuesday and Thursday in the tent, of course, it was a period that will always remember with great affection. I thank to Amanda, because, she is so generous. She has motivated me during the entire period, with comments and suggestions. Amanda has a beautiful work that clearly demonstrates her concern for the students. This created a desire to be like that throughout my professional journey. She made me rethink individual questions about my personal life. I am very grateful to have divided this time next to a very special person. I thank to Felipe, because, he taught me about different materials, which I did not even know of the existence. And, of course, to have been partners, always giving tips and suggestions for the construction of prototypes. This led me to thinking how important it is to have a dedicated person on our side, we can trust and learn from. I can say that in addition to a co-worker, I gained a friend. We carried out the Project II at the Sergio Vieira de Mello School, in Leblon, as the intercessor Amanda Lourenço, a schoolteacher at Pre School II. During the meetings, we were able to observe and record the dynamics proposed by the teacher in the classroom. From the set of words that make up the vocabulary universe of Amanda Lourenço we recognized as the theme for the project: "Love helps see the other" and "Organize with friend all tasks concerted." The theme brings the importance of children acquire idea of each other. We noticed that Amanda brought this concept to every morning in a playful way or not, to see the other present. At the time of the roll call, she asked for a student to choose a name, and then embrace this fellow. Or, for the activities in which it was necessary to wait one's turn. From the elaborate and related experiments in “sanfona”, we set the Adopted Match for the work of the teacher: Be aware of each other through time. This concept has shown that through some activity at that time is respected; the science of seeing the other can be seized. As a final prototype, we built a easel of 1,20 m high made of PVC pipe 25mm, with written PS sheets containing names, date and activities, a target made of conduit and bladder balls with flour inside. The prototype features intended to make children understand that the other also has its turn to play and has particular choices through play. Such activity stimulates autonomy, the notion of group and time as well, writing the name.
Full evaluation of the intercessor
Nicholas and Felipe managed to capture in a few meetings, the profile and the "needs" of the EI-11 group. And they managed to join the cognitive and affective partner in the experiments made and also, of course, in the final product. They were involved with the work and also with the children that waited anxiously for the visit of their new "friends." The pair successfully fulfilled its goal and the game will be well used here.
