The research process of the project was realized at Bosque da Freguesia. Between the given activities we have chosen yoga classes that are instructed by professor Jorge de Oliveira. Most of the classes are practical where physical positions are executed, besides mantras singing and discussions about topics related to health and well being. Starting from the words set that compose the vocabulary universe of yoga, we have recognized as the project goal: "Energy always" . The discussions developed in classes search for a better way of living and stimulate the gain of energy. In order to assist these physical and spiritual activities, we have created a removable panel that is able to show yoga positions and tips. In the end we have got more mature, learning how to experiment new ideas. These are essential elements to our human and professional growth.
