Flag that Changes Colors, Horn and Colorful Strips for Humorous Group Playing. Team: Raoni Saporetti Azevedo Perissé de Oliveira raonisaporetti@gmail.com Social group: Carlos Araújo gabrielabasil@bol.com.br CIEP Tancredo Neves Rua do Catete, 77, Glória Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22220-000 The project was developed at CIEP Tancredo Neves na Glória, Rio de Janeiro, in which 5 to 15 years old children study. My partner was Carlos Araújo, a Physical Education Teacher. One of the activities I observed in Carlos' classes was the habit of listing, while still in classroom, what activities he and the kids would do, so the students could build up a sense of routine and continuity about the class program. From the words set that composes Carlos' vocabular universe we acknowledged the project theme: “With Humor and Continuos Persistence I Help the Team to Be Strong!” An activity I observed that could be related to this sentence was a running game in which the kids had to zigzag through lined up cones. This activity was entirely done only to include a student who had learning difficulties. From the experiments made to investigate the different shapes and use possibilities, we identified our chosen party: a set of colorful and humorous objects that could be cognized from far and that could involve the children physically. The objective was to subserve the creation of dynamic new codes and games with the students. The final set was settled as a satin flag that changes colors between red, yellow and green, long colorful satin strips followed by a squeezing horn and small metal rings. The combination of those objects nurtures a free class enviroment, in which all types of group games and codes are created, to manifest, in the chilfren's tangible universe, the concepts involved in living together in groups or communities. I learned to be amazed by the subtle things in life, to learn with each and every moment, to not be afraid of action, be present and love people on the way. I thank Carlos for persisting on the good mood, humor and positive reinforcement in his work and life. By seing that, I understanded the value and effectiveness of those actions and learned to always look for the positive and useful side of everything.
