We work, in partnership with professor Júlio César, at the Integrate Center for Public Education (in Portuguese: CIEP) Nação Rubro-Negra. Where he teaches for the acceleration class. When we start to accompany prof. Júlio, experienced some of his didactic activities like: Do and correct activities on the didactic exercise book, Portuguese and math exercise propose by the teacher, activities like drawing, panting, and a Portuguese test. From the group of word that composes the Vocabulary Universe of the professor Júlio César, we recognize as theme for our project: “Come! Let us all make phrases and drawings”. From the connection between those activities with learn read and write.

Our party adopted sets his intentions in value the surprise, the fortuity, including the raffle. Generating expectations that, prepare him to learn. So we created a draw system with two circles of wood, Coated by carpet, which can rotate independently; and one rectangle made of PVC, that is a support for writing and drawing.

Júlio’s rate:

When we asked for Júlio to rate our work, he told us that he likes the project, especially because we ask his opinions and observe the way that he works, making an object that he identifies himself, that is useful for his classes and that allow different types of use, rating the project as a good initiative, especially because we work with public schools. Saying that the object will be used, not just this year, but in the next ones.

Mairê’s Conclusion:

I could realize the reality that surrounds me, learning how each act is important for the coexistence, I had learned to respect the time, and don’t pass over the steps, creating a n better organization. I thank the teachers who bring new materials that I could use during the experimentation phase. I discover that each object that I take I get curios about how it works, no matter if it is simple or complex. Thinking about the learning that I had on this process I recognize that this experience will always have an effect on me. I had learned with the gratitude that each act that happens around me is important, everything is connected during the process, and that each acts that we done will influence others attitudes, seeing that we create our own world.

Victor’s Conclusion:

On the field of design I learned that before develop any experiment it is desired that I walk refreshing my knowledge’s studding the material that are within my reach which can be transformed, I had learned about the deadlines and limits that I had respected, living and experiencing the daily love, moreover the coexistence with the teacher let me confirm that all the materials which I took to him were be used, because I had lived the class activities. And in the personal field I had learned that I shouldn’t have to learn something, but I hat the option to learn

I Had learned that I am who create my opportunities, and that I can choose what interest me, I thank Victor for his collaboration in search of better results, making a research of materials for solving problems. I had learned to change place with Victor, In the beginning I always urged him to do and he didn’t answered, and currently I propose the rest and he wants to continue work.

Victor:

I thank to the Teacher Júlio, because after some meetings he became our friend, and it make our work easier, an teach me that I am in a University where the intimacy with another areas of knowledge is desirable and I could learn with the math department for example. I thank to Mairê, for work hard during the project, helping me with the deadlines and bothering to give his best. Make me learn about determination, more responsibility and give me the desire to give my best.
